Titan Casino - Birthday Bonus Scam

I recently received an email as its my birthday today and they told me if I deposit £20 they will credit my account with a bonus. I deposited £20 and spoke to one of the online support team members. She told me I will receive my bonus ASAP. I thought this was great and started playing with my £20. I waited half an hour and spoke to them again to see how much longer the bonus would take to be in my account. They then told me I am not receiving the bonus due to managements decision. I will not be using this site again. It's a huge scam as they told me after I deposited and spent my money that I was receiving sweet **** all. Happy birthday to me!

I have cancelled my account with them couple of weeks ago now trying to get my account reopened but its becoming a nuisance. I mailed them to ask about the offer first before attempting to reopen my account and they didn't answer my query. They asked about confirmation on reopening my account instead. If I got the offer they promised me when I deposited I wouldn't have to deal with all this hassle. Feel like pulling out my hair!!! So frustrated.

 Casino provided us with the proof of player's positive balance, which means the bonus is credited! Complaint solved!
