Planet 7 Casino - Three Unpaid & Delayed Withdrawals

I have 3 withdrawal that were approved in December. One on Dec 8th, 2016 for $524.00. One was Dec 11th, 2016 for 707.00 and the last one was Dec 18th, 2016 for $654.00. I have written 4 times now and there has been no response except for emails giving a reference no and stating they would answer within 24 hours. They have never answered any of the emails about the approved withdrawals. I was beginning to think they went out of business because after being a customer for several years I expected an answer. Will you please help me with getting my approved withdrawals.

Unfortunately, we've still not received tracking. I would expect we will be receiving it tomorrow or certainly no later than early next week. As soon as we receive this, we will contact you via email with the tracking information.

Except for the one response, I haven't heard anything else and have not received email with tracking information.

Hi retasue,

As you're likely already aware, we did receive tracking and FedEx attempted delivery yesterday (Friday). I can see that FedEx will attempt delivery again, Monday. ;-)
