This complaint is aganist Rialto Casino non payment of my winnings

i won 150. dollar s from the rialto casino.i cannot get anyone to respond to any of my emails treid contacting the casino on several occassians all the phone operators say the same thing contact finance.(REALLY) i,m begining to thing theres no finance dept.this is just ridiclous.after i won the 150.00 dollars i was told to send over my documents driver lic banking infromation creditcard bank statements. like i explaine dto the phone operator this is a lot of personnal infromation.they agreed but still referred me back to the finance dept.which i cant not get in touch with to no avail.i,ve sent email after email i cant get in touch with anyone.can you PLEASE PLEASE look into this ASAP.thank you

having serious problems receiving my payment from rialtocasino i have tried on so many different occiassion to reach someone in the finance dept for weeks now no one will contact me by phone or email i feel this is a real insult.atfer i get this resolved we never play at this casino again.the people on the phone all say the same thing they send a e-mail to the finance dept.i beging to wonder is there a finace dept..at this time i feel filing a complaint is the last straw.but people should also beware .

Sorry we only saw this complaint now.

There is no problem with the withdrawal and our records show it was sent today, by wire. You should see the winnings in a few working days appear in your account.
