If i scan my personal documents they don't like.,if i send copies they don't like.,if i send pictures they don't like it.,they never pleased.,even know they are very clear pictures wish you can see all my information.,they just don't want to pay my winnings..i purchased lots of credicts from this Casino...days & weeks go by with no solutions..do i have to travel personally to give them my documents..it seems that way..

Dear Anita i would really love to believe in you.,me myself i already know the name by memory of all the staff they say the same tthing to me with no Results whatsoever.,i have Archive more then 15 emails i have sent containing pictur­es.,­co­pie­s.,­scanned documents.,all look perfectly clear...so many excuses without any explanations...

Well here I am again still waiting.,i give them a couple of day to see and no solution to my case..is not only about my winnings but the principle and respect to your customer..like wells Fargo bank founder said..Customer is the foundation of the Company.,you take care them like your own family......If you guys don't want to pay then donate the money to children in need but i will sent you the information of my charity group..thank you.
