I deposit 300 euros on this site.. i did won 3000 euro.. I had a withdrawal on 24th september. Its almost over three weeks now. Everyday ik come on the chat and they tell me the same thing everyday. It's been looked at.. it's under request.. it's pending. Wel yeah, i already know that. Sometimes they tell me if you make it 1000 it will go faster or they tell me active players get there money faster. So i have to deposit again to get my money?? I never got a email that they ask me for my documents i have send it myself. i send them a email about my withdrawl i never got anything back. On the chat they can tell me nothing. It's only pending. I want my money now or my deposit money back

No i have spook the ''manager'' Max on the Phone.. and he told me let the finance team do there job. Go watch some episodes or something. I'm sorry but that is no manager. He still couldn't tell me how long it would take. I already wait more then 3 weeks. I guess they have stealed my money. I am so sorry that i ever have deposit there. 300 euros gone! And my 3000 euro win gone!

Yes ather i waited for a month and hè told me i would go faster to withdrwal 1000 or lower i got mad and palyed the other 2000 euro away and withdrwal 1000 euro. Funny enough afther a week i got a response and the payed me 1000. So when i got 3000 i didnt hear a t hing for a month. But ok they paid me 1000
