The Real Game at Grand Reef is Trying to Get Paid!
Like the title says "The real game at Grand Reef, is trying to get paid!"
In June I was told "thank you for forwarding your document, we have forwarded to our verification team and it has been processed. Your withdrawal will now be processed"
Since that time I have sent 5 e-mails trying to collect. 4 of my e-mails have been replied to with same "Thank you for making Grand Reef Casino your ultimate underwater playground
Thank you for your email, your withdrawal request is currently with our finance department, we are awaiting feedback from them and as soon as we receive feedback you will be informed immediately regarding your withdrawal."
My 5th e-mail has gone unanswered, for 2 weeks.
The owner of Grand Reef is swimming in a sea of my money in his underwater playground.
Since submitter choose wrong casino, by accident, we have reopen this case again, with another casino associated.
I wanted to let you know that they paid. Its unfortunate that I had to make a complaint in order to collect, but as we now see, that is what works with them. I'm thankful there are sites such as yours to help people. Thank you for your help in making my payment possible.
