original first withdrawal of £300 made on the 6th of october - sent in ID and verification details - 11 days later still no funds receive a call at 9pm on the 17th to say that they can not add the funds back to my debit card - i need to email - swift code, bic code, account name, number, bank address, sort code and wait another 10 days - no customer services support until monday

We apologise for any inconvenience and/or frustration caused here.

As you know, you were recently contacted by Mo from Lucky247 to explain that your withdrawal, which was processed last week, had been returned by the processor with an "Account Unknown" error. Whilst this has obviously caused some frustration on your end, it is unfortunately something outside of our control. Our understanding is that you have subsequently accepted the reasoning as legitimate, and have already enjoyed the small token of our appreciation for your patience throughout.

To confirm, your withdrawal has now been successfully processed to your updated banking details, and should be with you within the regular payment time frames.
