Golden Lady Casino - Constant Technical problems?!

Hello
I make a complaint because I do not know what to do ! A few days ago I opened a account on Golden lady - forst deposit and a bit luck, I won ! I tried to withdraw and it was written 'neteller not available because of limits of withdrawal.' The day after, it was OK and I got paid on january the 2d. So I made a new deposit that day with the same bonus code. You must know that since a bad experience on another rival casino I count everything I play.
A enormous luck ! quickly I went up to 9000 € and it was nearly half the bonus code - and then, on the cashier the promotion selected disappeard, no way to check if it was x35 and if it was over.... I asked for the support, but they said no technical support available. I finished the bonus code (remember that I count) with a balance of 5960 (but there was a limit of withdrawal with the bonus code as twice the bonus amount...but no technical support and same message neteller is available. On monday ? technical support not there;Today ?well, on the cat they told me that they wacht for my account - but still no way to withdraw ? Has anybody met the same problems ? thanks for help :)

Technical issueis over and I coul place my withdrawal, thank you Golden lady !
