Loki Casino - ''Technical issues'' requesting a withdrawal, really?

Yesterday i deposited 0.20 BTC into Loky casino before i did asked an operator if i would have a minimum wager they said no, so i deposited i made 1.24700000 BTC after 13 bets playing some slots, after that i requested a withdraw and sudenly the operator sai they were having technical issues and it would take 24 hours! So i let it be, today when i was checking the profile and the transaction history it was discarted, then contacted chat and the operator said that i had to wager my deposit 3X before i can withdraw, i argued back and forward but i didnt saved the transcript log of the firs conversation and they asked me of proof i had to let it go! i read the T and C and found that if i payed a 10% comission feed the would process the withdraw so they took the comission, said they processed the withdraw and wished me good luck, of course i dint left until i could verify the transaction was done threw the blockchain Transaction Id as nothing happened i reached out to them and alerted it was still pending after a while they said that they where having technical issues again, but this time i have proof, Really bad operators and above everything liars!

Well they sent me an email although the mail is not related to Lokicasino, im trying support because i cant issue a new withdraw since it is still pending but they are avoiding me im waiting in queue at number 1 but im waiting allmost an hour!
