My bgo account has been suspended for 3 days now and I have supplied them with ample I'd to confirm my identity I sent full drivers licence front and back photo of is birth certificate two bank statements and an eon utility bill all of with ate in date and are clear enough photos to confirm my identity yet still know word from them nothing thier fast enough to take your money but when you have a win they don't want to pay out got a feeling av just been scammed by this lot

Well still no word from this casino regarding my suspended account don't think thier really that bothered about thier customers tried contacting them regarding my account but no reply yet been almost a week now and I want a refund on my account as I still have winnings from my deposit this lot are a bunch of thieves scam artist watch out for my reviews on this place

since this was posted on the askgamblers.com forum, I can see that we have been in contact with the player about reopening the account and the necessary documentation and next steps needed for this to happen. We have emailed the player this morning with regards to the outstanding requirements and naturally hope to have this concluded at the earliest opportunity.
