From the begining...

I deposited £370 via paypal into a Supro Casino account i had just opened. This was my first deposit. Upon depositing my balance went from zero to £420 as they had given me a £50 bonus (which i didn't ask for).

I played a dozen or more hands of blackjack with stakes ranging from £50 total to £140 and more if you count doubling down. I played using 3 boxes mostly.

I was winning from the start pretty much and decided to stop playing when my total balance reached £1025. I then assumed that taking into account the bonus i would be able to withdraw £975.

But according to customer service this was not the case. They said i needed to wager 50 times the £50 (so £2500) to make a withdrawal. And the money i had won was with the bonus and not with £370 hard cash. I could not believe i was hearing this as this has never been the case with any other sites.

They wend on to say that playing blackjack and roulette amoungst other game did not even count towards the wager requirements.

I could go on to point out how ridiculus this is in so many ways considering i only play blackjack, but i am sure you understand most of the points.

I would be very grateful for any advice or thoughts
