Lucky247 Casino - Supplied all required information, but still no payment

I won some money on this website a few weeks ago and decided to withdraw my winnings to find out id need to go through a verification process.

I submitted a picture of my passport, a utility bill and a bank statement, which I thought was a lot of information to be honest but I did it anyway. a day later I get a email telling me that they do not accept online statements. so I got a regular statement and took a picture of that. and re-sent it off for verification. soon as it was sent I got a confirmation email stating they had received it and would be in touch soon for a courtesy call.

So I waited and didn't get no call, just a email telling me that the money is now back on my Lucky 247 account. and to top things off, I can't even log back in either.

I have submitted a'lot of sensitive information here and put my self at risk, I think it's unfair for customers to provided such information just to then find out that there money is now back on there gambling account and you have to re-do the whole process again. it also doesn't help when you can't even log back in.

Not Happy, this needs resolving!.
