Sunset Slots Casino - refusal to pay NDB winnings

I signed up at Sunset Slots - stating my country of residence as South Africa and playing in South African Rands.

I claimed the R300 NDB.

I met wagering requirements and had R2000 in my account. Max withdraw - R1701 bonus to be removed on withdrawal.

I sent an email through enquiring about withdrawing the winnings. Someone called me (in SA) from support and asked me to deposit R250 to verify my skrill account before they could pay out my winnings. I have just done this and went onto live support to enquire whether the bonus comes off of the R1701 or the balance of my account. I have just been told - "Sorry, we can't pay you your winnings as we don't accept players from South Africa".

.........Excuse me!???????? Then why not mention this fact before now?? Why let us sign up in the first place?? Why phone me and tell me I will get my money as soon as i make a deposit??

Upon evidence that we received from casino management, player's deposit was returned, because he was from restricted country.
We recommend to the casino to try to improve its registration process to avoid such confusing situations in future.
We consider this complaint resolved.
