Hello! I have a serious problem with Sun palace casino, and the story is.
I follow the instruction from your site for the exclusive bonus with code ASK1000 at sun palace casino,i deposited 500 usd and i recieved the bonus at 29 february.
I had a great won over 12000 with completed the wagering requirments then i sent my documents when they asked from me (2days later) but i didn't recieve any answer from the casino.
After that i had called via telephone and via live chat to talk with the support team and an agent told me that my account is under rewiew.That takes a month.
I send email to the security department and noone answers.
Please give me a hand to contact with them to take my winnings.
I inform you that my withdraw was only 1000$.

noone call me from the casino, i had called them to support team via telephone and via live chat, and also i have sent emails to ask what happened.
I just receive a reply that they want to call me and i will reply to them.
