WinTingo Casino - Money took off bank account, but never appeared in my casino account?

I made a deposit on Nov 12 2015.... it said payment was successful from my bank and then took me back to wintingo site where this huge error message came up... so I thought it didn't go through, so I made a second attempt. Exact same thing happened. Checked my bank account it was fine, so felt like ah it's alright nothing was lost.
Well, in the morning when I check my bank account again off instincts , there where my 2 withdrawal taken out. So again go back to wintingo, which has a zero balance, frustration appearing now, I go on live chat and inform them of what's happening, customer service seemed excellent and assured me it'd be at most 3 buisness days. Well 4 business days later I contacted them again where she also assured me it's been put through a rush and tomorrow would be the latest and she would personally call me. Nope , and nope. No phone call and no funds. It's now 3 days later and I can't believe this is how business is handled.

Still unresolved, I've sent emails again and was of no help. I will sent a email to the address mentioned in hopes that this can be fixed... thanks for the response.
