Club Player Casino - Still waiting to receive my withdrawal

To the AskGamblers team,

On the 26th July 2016, while playing "Lucky 6" in Club Player online (mobile) casino, I won 650 USD.
When trying to request the withdrawal I ran into some issues but even though it took longer than other casinos to request, it finally got approved and past the pending period.
I've received numerous emails in regards to my withdrawal, and have been put through to many different departments: withdrawals; finance; escalations etc, i was even given the email for the person in charge of escalations (still hasn't replied to my email either.. ).

I always get told the same things every time regardless of the department: either, withdrawal has been approved and sent to account and to wait 10-15 business days for it show up in acc',
that another department is now in charge of my withdrawal and that I would need to speak to them during their business hours - and I've spent many nights awake to do just that.
I just want what is rightfully mine, I won that 650 USD fair n square, didn't use a deposit bonus, sent/uploaded all the documents they wanted (which were all approved), verified my neteller (where my withdrawal is being sent) and so on, but I feel like it's getting me nowhere real fast.

Please help me get my withdrawal.

Thank you so much for your response I have checked my neteller and can see the funds are now there πŸ™‚

And a big thankyou to the team at AskGamblers, I dare say that I wouldn't have revived my withdrawal quite as promptly if not for your help ☺️
