Las Vegas USA Casino - Still Waiting on Payout

I have been playing at Las Vegas Usa Casino for many years now and have never had a Problem with being paid. But that has Changed. I requested a payout of $421 on 1/12/2016 and I still have not received it. I have talked to Finance several times and keep getting the same response "we are waiting for our provider to send the next batch of payments" I now have another payout request that i just made 2/9/2016 for $2392.41. So i hope i get paid the 2813.41 i am owed. Its a great site with friendly staff. I hope something has not happened to where they cant pay.

Dear Allgood942000,
You should have received an email from Finance regarding the $421.00 payment that was sent last week. If you did not receive their email please contact them directly. You have received many payments over the last year so there is no reason for concern that you will not be paid. The other payments requested on 2/9/2016 will be paid on a first in first out basis. Thanks. I just checked my e-mail and have not received anything from the Finance Dept to let me know the payment was sent last week. So i did as suggested and sent them an e-mail asking if something was sent to me via e-mail and to confirm if payment was sent last week. waiting to hear back and I will advise. Thanks!

Update: Las Vegas Usa called me today. There is a delay in payment via ACH due to my state of residence. Payment was sent on 2/11/2016 but not yet received. Have never had this problem before but laws are always changing. The explained the situation and were sympathetic. We are going to wait a few more days before looking into other options.

Just got an e-mail yesterday 2/19/2016 at 3:23pm that the Bankwire has been Processed and sent. It said i should expect to receive the payment within the next 10 business days. So hopefully it will be in my account soon

I have received the 421 dollar payment. thanks for everyones help. I am confident that the other payment request i have in for 2,392 will also be paid. This complaint can be closed
