I have a withdrawal that was approved on 7/26/16 for $2393.00. I am waiting on my check and this is the longest I have waited on a payment. I have sent multiple emails after the 20 business days to Ally, Rebeca and the escalations department with no responses at all. I do not like to complain but this is ridiculous. Live chat transfers me to the withdrawals department where all they say is payments are delayed and no timeframe. This is unacceptable to paying players that choose to use their site and win. I enjoy the games they offer and the graphics but its like pulling teeth to get your money. I hope this helps in getting my payment because like I said it has been a long wait and now I am very concerned. Please help!

I'm very sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've taken a look at your account and I do see that your payment was already uploaded through to our processors. I would imagine I'll receive your tracking no later than Tuesday (more than likely, Monday)--as soon as I receive that, I'll come back to update this thread.
