I request withdrawal on june 23 that was approved on 7/1/2016 they aways have just excuses no one there actually willing to help. i keep calling their costumer service and email im send email to them they either dont give me answers just a lot excuses i have not receive my money and i need your help

Once again, I'm sorry for the delays with this.

I've looked at your account and I do see there's good news here. ;-)

According to tracking, you've already received the payment on the $1246, today, as well as another withdrawal payment in the amount of $752. You had another withdrawal ($2198) and that payment has already gone off. I'm waiting for the tracking on this and as soon as that reaches my desk, I'll be back to notify you.
