i request withdrawal on june 23 that was approved on june 7/1/2016 $964 ,they aways have just excuses no one there actually willing to help. i keep caling their costumer service and email im send email to them they either dont give me answers just lot excuses i have not my money and i need your help

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced.

I've take a look at your account and I do see that your payment has gone off. I would expect to see the tracking on this before the end of this week, with the payment being delivered to you the day after I receive your tracking.

As soon as your tracking comes in, I'll be sure to update this thread.

I only just now received tracking and it appears that you've beaten me to the punch--I see that your payment was already delivered to you this morning. ;-)
