Sapphire Rooms - Still waiting for my withdrawal

I have unsuccessfully been trying to withdraw £300 from my sapphire rooms account. After asking for various forms of verification which I have submitted I have had no reply or update. There online live support assured me they would respond over 2 weeks ago but have still received no confirmation or contact at all. The funds are no longer shown as pending and have simply disappeared without any indication when it will be issued? I have sent numerous emails and have had no reply. The full email trail is part of the complaint I emailed through #18073.

No there is no update they will still not reply. The sapphire rooms casino appears to be a con.

The complaint has been reopened as per Sapphire Rooms request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give this case one more try and help both parties involved to reach a satisfactory resolution.
