Bovada Casino - Still waiting for my large withdrawal to be reviewed

I recently won a large sum of money from the Bovada Casino. I've always had a great experience with the sports book and also poker to receive my payments. However, when withdrawing from the casino there has been an extremely long delay in having the funds reviewed and then released. I understand the terms and conditions of the BWT and submitted this information along with all of the withdraw information on 10/24/2016 but it is still being reviewed. I have appreciated the customer service in their promptness to answer the phone and return e-mails. However, the only problem I am having is after they say wait 48 hours and check back I still receive the same statement. We are experiencing a high number of withdraws. I understand having a large number of withdraw to process but I feel there should be some type of date given when you have followed up now well beyond the 72 hour marker. I hope this gets resolved very soon as I enjoy Bovada and have numerous friends who want to play but are hesitant now with the withdraw issues I'm currently facing. I will update this post with new information as I receive it.

Update:1

I received an update on 10/28/2016 as my withdraw was approved by Bovada and should be received within 10-15 days. I will continue to update this thread as I receive my funds and when they are deposited.
