I made a withdrawal on 3/21/16 and still have not received my $270. I asked Robyn when my check will be mailed on and she doesn't know anything and says it's been escalated. Her email to me says "Due to the delay I am not able to give you a specific timeframe for your check’s arrival." This is very unfair to the customer. I ask that this withdrawal be taken care of right away.

Your tracking is in and I can see that your payment is set to be delivered to you today, before 10:30 AM.

Thank you. I'll let you know when I receive it. But the bigger issue is..will the money actually be deposited into my bank account. It's not enough to send me a check, but to make sure it clears the bank account. Please confirm that the check will not have any issues once I deposit it. Also, please send me the tracking number so I have it for reference in case the package doesn't arrive today.

I received the check today and I was pleasantly surprised to see not only my initial withdrawal for $270 but the other two withdrawals I had for a total of $1,040.10. I thought I would have to complain about the other two withdrawals in another post on this website. Thank you for sending me the check, I deposited it to my bank account today. I'll let you know when the check clears the bank account.
