Rushmore Casino - Still waiting for my money...

I wish I had known about this site and read all of the unresolved issues with Rushmore Casino payouts. I've gambled there for years and finally won a little money... I requested an $800 payout over a month ago, and another $500 a few days later. These withdrawals were approved, supposedly processed, but haven't received anything. So far, all I've received is the seemingly standard "we're having problems with our payment processor". I'm beginning to give up, but I can guarantee you that unless I receive my money pretty soon, I will NEVER gamble with Rushmore again, and neither will any of my friends.

Update: Received e mail from Tara Murdoch advising me that my withdrawal request dated 10/24 has been processed yesterday, and the money should be in my account within 3-5 business days. I'm assuming this is in the amount of $800, with the other $500 to follow... will keep you updated!

First payment of $800 (minus the bonus I received on my deposit) was in my bank account this morning. I'm hopeful the remaining payment of $500 will follow shortly. Will keep you updated... thanks so much for your help!

I'm happy to report that the remaining $500 showed up in my bank account this morning! Case closed... thank you so much for your assistance!
