My withdrawal request was approved weeks ago, I am calling them everyday for the Money Control Information so that I can pick up my funds and nothing. Very frustrating because I am told different dates and times by different persons. I initiated wanted a wire into my account, wasnt able to get that. So I keep waiting for a 10 digit Money Control Number, and they have already charged me additional fees to get my money, unreal. I went through this last year, having to call and email to get the Money Control Info, not good cusomer service. When I play, I deposit immediately so why is it taking so long to get a 10 digit code so I can pick up my funds???

Hi phildana,

I’ve looked into this for you and I’ve learned your withdrawal was split into two transactions: One sent via MoneyGram and the other via Western Union. My understanding is that your VIP host has contacted you with all of the control information so you can retrieve your payments.
