Raging Bull Casino - My payment is still pending after more than 21 days

I would like to report on my pending withdrawal on raging bull casino. Its been already 21 days and still no proggress about my concern. I already send my documents required and contacted the support group and they always tell that they will get back to me as soon it will fix within 24 hours. But nothing happen. Hope my I wil get some part of my winnings. Please help me askgambler.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I have taken this up with my withdrawals department and have been advised that your withdrawal will be allocated and processed today.

I was advised that the reason for the delay was due to the Max Cashout rule as your withdrawal exceeded the maximum withdrawal amount allowed for the No Deposit Bonus. Having said this, there is NO reason why this should have taken 21 days to bring to finality. Please accept my sincere apologies for the time which it has taken to finalize your withdrawal. I can assure you that this will be completed and signed off today. Please let me know as soon as the funds reach your account.

Good day, thank you for you response. My withdrawal is 800$ and was declined and was replace by 121$ only. My funds become 0.

Hi hugZ,

Thanks for the reply. That is correct. The Maximum cashout amount on the $20 No Deposit is $100. You claimed the $20 free bonus and were lucky enough to increase your balance. However, the maximum you can earn/cashout on a ND bonus is a $100.

Quote term 33 "in general terms and conditions: For free money coupons, and unless otherwise stated, max cashouts will be no more than 1X the bonus amount. For free money coupons below a value of $100, the max cashout will stand at $100."

Quote term 37 "Any coupon is considered completed once your withdrawal has been authorized."

Once with withdrawal has been finalized and processed, any amount that is over the Maximum Withdrawal Limit must be removed from your balance, as you will not be able to withdraw these funds.

I have confirmed with my withdrawals team that your withdrawal of $121 was processed successfully and should reflect in your bank account withing 2 to 3 working days.
