Still no response from Pamper Casino

I am still trying to get my winnings from Pamper casino. I wrote to you once before and a portion of my winnings were then sent to me (800.00). There was still a remainder of $798.00 which I was told I would get in 30 days. The 30 days have passed and I had not received any monies so I deceided to call to find out if I needed to open up a new ticket to get the remainder of my funds, the person I spoke with said no that I should do nothing. I then deceided to write their customer support asking what the status on my withdrawal was and I specifically said that I did not want to open up a new ticket (opening a new ticket prolongs the process) I just wanted someone to let me know the status of my withdrawl and when I could expect to receive it. I got back an automated response opening up a new ticket, stating one of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible. An agent never gets back .

The original ticket number was TJO-656-74319

The new ticket number is XEF-367-64816

This casino really needs to work on their communication with their customers. All I wanted was for someone to answer me.
