Bovada Casino - Delaying the second part of my withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal of $3587.90 on Apr 13 2016. It was approved the following day Apr 14 2016.

The confirmation stated it would take an average of 10 business days to receive my money via Visa Fast Funds. After a few days passed I called customer care and they said that I would be receiving my money in 2 increments. (Not what the original confirmation stated). The first increment would be for $2400.00 and the second for $1137.90. (I guess $2400 is the maximum they can deposit every 7 business days).

I received the first increment of $2400.00 on 05/02/2016, 20 DAYS after it was approved. And I have YET not receive the second increment of $1137.90. In total I have been waiting over 1 month and 4 days to see the green in my account.

I have emailed Bovada multiple times weekly, and they suggest that I "keep checking my account". It's the same generic email pushed out. Today they sent me an email from their "Withdrawal Department" saying they have had technical issues overall that is causing delayed payments and that my withdrawal was eligible for payment on May 05th. HELLLOOOO today is May 15th.

Take my advice and run for the woods. I have had to beg to be paid out. I will take my money and drive 2 hours plus to a real casino. Not worth the long waits and the useless customer service.

Today is May 23rd, still no deposit for the $1137.90. 18 days past the "normal time frame", and 1 month and 10 days after my initial withdrawal was approved. This establishment is happy to take your money, but when it's time to pay up they impose "increment limits" and take their sweet time. STAY AWAY!

A representative from Bovada reached out and said he would be taking ownership of my delayed payment. He said they were back logged and that they couldn't guarantee a date for the deposit. No estimation of deposit was given either. I countiue to wait for deposit. 41 days and counting...

A representative from Bovada contacted me today and said that they could send a check for my payout. I did not accept because I've read too many reviews on this website that state that the checks they send are from a Canadian Bank and that US banks often can not deposit them. I told the representative I would wait for the deposit to clear as Visa Fast Funds. Again she could not provide a time frame for when the deposit would be processed.

I called Bovada and even though this email states that my funds can be sent to me via Wire Transfer, the representative told me that my only option was to wait. So, not only are they inconsistent with the information they provide, but now I have been waiting for 1 month and a half and STILL no pay out for $1137.00. I can't stress enough, if you want to play and if you expect to get paid out, then go to a REAL casino. If you don't care when you will get you're $$$ deposited, then this is the casino for you.

Bovada called me back and said that I could set up a Bitcoin Wallet, or that they could send a check in the name of someone else out of state. Both options are inconvenient and don't work for me. Otherwise they said they are not sure when Visa Withdrawals will resume. So basically I am left to wait. Today marks the 50th day of waiting for payout. Run for the woods!
