Having trouble withdrawing my winnings
the casino site asked me to email to them some photo id so then they could proceed with my withdrawal.. so i did that, i sent a copy of my EU card.then i received another email saying they wanted a copy of my passport or drivers liciense. I own a license or passport and really dont intend to. My EU card has a photo of myself on it and my D.O.B, and address. i could send a copy of my marriage certificate, my bank card and two recent household bills. can you help plz

Unfortunately, the age card you sent cannot be accepted as proof of identity as it is not internationally valid. Please do provide a copy of your ID card or passport or driving license.
