Malibu Club Casino - Stalling withdrawal & not providing response

My withdrawal request is pending for 2 weeks now. After the request I received an email with the confirmation and aksing for documents, which I emailed them back. Since then nothing more. Resent email multiple times to asking about status or if more information is required, not even a reply.
LIve Chat friendly, but keep saying they are looking into it.

I was lucky with the Casino bonus, met the wagering requirements, deposit 30€ as per their regulations and now wait for my money! Any help and assistance is appreciated.

I won in total more then 500€uro after their wagering requirements. Per T&C no more then 100€ can be used for cashout. I deposit 30€ as per regulation and made a withdrawal for 130€.

I asked in Live Chat again, this time an operator Frank. Summary: They claim the free bonus cannot be played from my country, therefore everything is void. Indeed it is well hidden in their T&C (just accessible from the main website, not the casino or the cashier site itself!) that only a few countries are allowed to play with free money. My bad.

However, I made a proper deposit of 30€ which I want to have back.
