Anna Casino - Stalling Payment

I have asked for a withdrawl and they first said it has been paid 11/7/2016 and then they said I must send them a statement which I did.. There after I contacted them again and this time they said my payment is on its way. Then I contacted them again and this time they said that they are having technical problems. I never had any problems with them before. Only now!! Im still waiting for my payment off R2500. I really need this to be resolved. All emails will be submitted on request.

I'm not sure of your username so please contact our support right away. I have informed there is a customer from AskGamblers forum coming in and I will handle the case then personally (IF the issue still remains).

Hello there,

I received a reply that your payment was processed on the 2nd of August. Unfortunately I was only given a very vague response as "payment got stuck" so I can't give you better answer than that this time. Money should be in your account tomorrow, latest on Friday. Have a nice day.
