Almighty Vikings Casino - Stalling and re-stalling on issue of payment

posted on September 15, 2015.

I made a withdrawal and the casino has used certain techniques to delay payment including ID verification issues, ID was only requested after days of telling me I would be paid tomorrow or very soon until the end of the week came then that operator said it will be next week.
Then they changed to we need your documents and eventually conceded they had them and the Financial Department has verified them and informed me again I would be paid very soon.
Then when I asked the next week they denied ever receiving the documents even though I showed them the previous conversation where other operators had said my documents had been verified, so I sent them again and eventually the latest operator had to concede they had my documents and they had been verified.

The operator apologized for me having to send my documents via email many, many times and said that she would personally 'push' the payment through herself (which is curious since today's operator claims that they have absolutely NO contact with the payments or financial department what so ever!).

So now the latest stance from the operators is send an email and I can forward it to the payments section, which is ridiculous and clearly more silly stalling techniques and I believe this casino will only pay out withdrawals when they have exhausted every imaginable stalling technique.

My name is Bob and I am affiliate manager at AlmightyVIkings,

I have contacted finance department regarding this issue.

I can see that finance requested KYC documentation and that his withdrawals are pre-approved and pending.

The funds will definitely be processed as player was playing in accordance to the T&C and he has verified his account.

As soon as I receive more information about this, I will contact you again.

Thank you

Well... today (Saturday 09/11/15) is the final day of the final (latest) deadline and the response was a very predictable one, I was told that "today is not a business day", although they didn't have a problem with Saturday not being a business day when they offered it as the latest, absolute, guaranteed payment will be honored deadline a week or so ago, I suggest that they knew when they said Saturday as the deadline that that would give the 'next' operator a 'get out' clause as to why payment has not been made yet again, this is a very slick, well oiled, greasy little organization indeed.

I very much feel like I am being 'handled' now by a 'team' working from a 'script' in a 'boiler room'.

All their responses are extremely predictable, vague and lacking any real assurance, I feel like they are will versed in this strategy for prolonging payment to the absolute maximum and possibly/probably even trying to avoid making payments!
I have real concerns that this company has possibly no intention to honor payments and possibly even no ability to make good on it's debts to customers.
I warn everybody that winning on this casino will only be the first gamble they undertake and probably much easier than ever getting a withdrawal paid from this casino.

I have been passed around from operator to operator day after day, week after week and soon no doubt month after month, this is a well versed script where they take it in turns to set deadlines (I strongly suspect they name a date when they will not be there) and when payment is not made the next operator claims no knowledge of this deadline and offers a subsequent deadline (on their day off) then operator no.3 offers another deadline or maybe you're back to operator no.1 who by now claims to have no knowledge or memory of ever promising payment (even when you paste their previous comments right in front of them) and round and round we go!

You can see in today's screen shot I present 'Daniel' (see previous screen shots of him promising payment weeks ago!) with 'Vera's' deadline of today which he ignores completely by changing the subject to a completely irrelevant "it takes two business day".

If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it is probably is a duck!.

This casino looks, acts, sounds and seems like a bogus, ill intentioned enterprise (I'm using 'advised' terms to stay within the mediator's rules you can guess my real thoughts).

To anyone considering using this casino three words avoid, avoid, avoid!

Regards Mr Craig Thomson.

Ha, what a joke!

So it's keep smiling and act like nothing is happening whilst you're robbing them approach? yes you once actually made a payment! congratulations, I know it must have have been very difficult for you.
You must have dug deep for that and you didn't mention that before? what happened? you said to the payment department have we ever made a payment give me something! anything so I can stall another week! total and utter crooks!.

Now that irrelevant time waster is out of the way what about the the THREE withdrawals that I came here about and are the subject and that you said would be paid last week which was a couple of weeks late when you said it then!

Namely, £968.00 withdrawn on the 4th of September, £486.00 withdrawn on the 8th of September and £430 withdrawn on the 15th of September???

As you very well know these are the payments we have been discussing, primarily the withdrawal of £968 made on the 4th of September 2015, please lets not talk about any charity work you did in the past or your 10 metre swimming badge try to concentrate on the nearly 3 week late and counting payment of £968.00 withdrawn on 04/09/2015, please direct all your concentration to making excuses why you haven't paid that!

Almighty Vikings is surely a criminal organization which has no intention of ever paying out if it thinks it can possibly get away with it, the operator known as Daniel (see previous posts) just gave me this hysterical excuse for today's non payment:
"I apologize I can not do anyhing with it. Today is saint day so our department is closed
Daniel - 21/09/2015, 15:35:54"
(see attachments for screen shots).

Almighty Vikings apparently observes all the religious festivals and holy days so be warned there will always be some ridiculous excuse, Daniel is of course directly insulting my intelligence, he knows that no casino stops or delays payments on religious grounds and he knows that I know that.

I pointed out to Daniel that I could tell his department wasn't closed and I knew he was there and working because I was talking to him, apparently the Almighty Vikings foot soldiers aren't the brightest bunch.

This casino is the lowest of the low! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Please see the screen shots below of their ludicrous approach to fobbing you off with the most idiotic excuses.

Mr Craig Thomson.

Hi Craig,

Your withdrawal request of £968.00 has been processed.

The remaining two withdrawals of £426.00 and £486.00 will follow, as soon as possible.

I will try to urge our finance team to handle this issue faster.

Thank you for understanding.

Hello Bob,
Please could you give me a date for the payment of the two withdrawals of £426.00 and £486.00.
I am not used to casinos that require such effort from the customer to press the casino to actually make the payment.

Mr C Thomson.

Hi Craig,

I have checked with finance team now and they could not give me the exact date, however, they assured me that end to this saga should be done this week.

I will let you know as soon as I get more info.

Hello Bob, is this really a 'saga'?, I know it is for me but after 3 withdrawals in a row needing weeks before payment and only then 1 of the 3 so far have been paid after lots of pressure from me including this mediating site.
It looks to me stalling and re-stalling is a 'matter of course' practice rather than a one off 'saga'.
I still haven't got a date for the payment of either the second or third outstanding payment.
