LeoVegas Casino - Should either pay my winnings or refund my deposits

Hi I I had account with them but I think I closed it down as it wouldn't let me login so I made another account with same name address date of birth I deposited in total 220 pound and got upto 800 and withdrawl it and I contacted them to see how long it would take to process and tgey said that there was various account in my name and that they have to close account down and pass it to appropriate person I'm not happy with this as I said it let me deposit 210 pound into so if there was a issue then why would they let me keep depositing into the account I'm wanting to know if I'm going to get the 800 pound or if I will be refundedwhat I deposited all in to the account

I can certainly understand your concern on this issue. This case is currently being handled by our Payments team. As you mentioned, you had opened multiple accounts with us, when this is found it is our procedure to temporarily close all of the accounts opened and make sure their have been no cases of "bonus abuse". As this was not the case, our payments team have reopened the account and processed your withdrawal.

I do apologise for the delay, this was due to the current workload of our payments team. In future if you do forget your log in details I do suggest, using the "Lost Password" feature on the home page or contacting customer support via live chat or Email to assist.
