Captain Jack Casino - Waiting to be paid for almost a month!

I have been a member of Captain Jack Casino for over a year and has never had this kind of problem when withdrawing. I withdrew $2300 February 13, 2016. I was approved for $1250 February 17 2016 with a balance of $1050. As of this date March 8, 2016 I have not received the the $1250 and the $1050 is still waiting to be approved. I called the Payout Dept and talked to Robin on March 3, 2016 who said she would escalate the withdrawal and to call back in two
days. I tried calling her today but she wasn't available each time even though I left my number for her to call me. I am getting very frustrated. I called again the Andrew Dominguez of Customer Service said she wasn't available and go online to Captain Jack Chat service. I informed him of already going there and they referred me to the Payout Dept. He will try to escalate it again, but that's all he could do. I haven't received the $1250 and the $1050 has still not been approved. Don't know what's going on because it has never taken this long and I've never got the run-around until now. I didn't use any Bonuses, just my money.
Please investigate.

I have received the first withdrawal, but I haven't heard from Captain Jack and the second withdrawal has not been approved as of today March 12, 2016.

I've looked into this for you and I can see that the payment was sent off on March 9th. I would expect to see tracking on this next week.

Additionally, your second payment will be sent to processing next week, so essentially, you should be receiving it the week following this first payment.

I'll continue to monitor this to ensure all goes smoothly from here. Of course, I'll update as necessary.

Still awaiting the second withdrawal. It has been approved but I haven't received it yet.

I wish I was coming back with complete information, however, I just won't have full confirmation until tomorrow.

I do know that the payment was sent off--I just don't have confirmation with the date the processor made the payment. We've contacted the processor for the confirmation date (I would expect you'll see the payment this week).

I'll come back tomorrow with more info for you.
