I had a weekly promtion of depositing 500 euro ' s everyday. i did that from monday till wednesday then I had a withdraw of 2800 euro
I never got payed my account got locked out I keep receiving emails they want more docs I keep sending them I never received an answer back. I hope they can verify my account and I will get payed.

We have reviewed this complaint and the account in question and have found that the original decision for account closure and withdrawal forfeiture was made based on the results of a full financial and behavioral analysis. This was communicated to the customer in question and due to Risk Concerns and possible infringement on casino security the player was referred to Ecogra for further information in regard to this matter. Based on these parameters we maintain the original decision and again revert the customer to consult Ecogra for further information.
