Disgraceful terms and conditions awfully misleading ... I signed up for a free £5 no deposit bonus with these guys and won £400 exactly .... Deposited £10 has a customer service guy called travis advised me too do and withdrew all funds back too my debit card 24 hours later guess what account was locked and suspended contacted them a few times via phone very rude customer service team but did what they advised me too do and waited 72 hours .... Here's the nasty part they then emailed me too tell me my account was closed and I can't have my money has I have accounts with coinfalls casino jackpot mobile casino and sapphire rooms casino all owned by the group nektan umbrella .... How the hell is a person too know whether all these casinos are part of the same group ... Cheating disgraceful unfair misleading rude are too name a few words I'd use really let down and would put a massive WARNING don't join spin princess all any of these sites they haven't even given me back my £10 I deposited.

Spinprincess have refunded my £10 deposit which is something I guess .... But still robbed me out of £400 still feeling pretty gutted . Horrible really especially when you win something fair and square ... It's totally killed my Christmas 150% gutting !!!!
