Spartan Slots Casino delays withdrawal

Hi,

I've made a withdrawal two weeks ago and had my security documents already approved. Until now, they have not processed my withdrawal of over $500 USD. I have sent my emails to support@spartanslots.com and finance@spartanslots.com but it came to no results. I hope Askgamblers can assist me,
