Slots Angel Casino - Refusing to close my account, keep spamming despite being unsubscribed

I have been trying to close my account about month for now. I have unsubscribe my email million times, also contacting support to stop sending emails every day. No answer ever. They have not closed my account or they have not unsubscribe my email. Still spamming me every day. I wouldn't ever deposit in here since there is no support at all. They send the same email everyday over and over again. I would not recommend anyone to give their email adresses to this place! IF there is any customer service at all and they see this, CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND STOP SPAMMING. I don't want to have account in a place like this since i do not feel that my personal info are safe in here.

Have you closed my account as i have asked for a month now? I do not see this matter solved until they have actually closed my account permanently and actually stoppped spamming me.

I am getting a bit confused. You have told me that you wish to be unsubcribed from mailers and i have confirmed that this has been put in place by our support team within the time limits that they advised you on.

Now you are advising that you wish your account to be closed ? Did you ask for this ? Can you send me proof that you asked for this.

Our support team is based in Gibraltar and keep a record of all requests so this can be verified.

Please advise what it is that you want. Unsubscribe or Account Closure or both. If you wish to have your account closed, you need to state this to the support team in an email. Have you done this ?

If you have , please send this to me and i will get this actioned immediately.

If you have not asked for this then please do so and it will be actioned for you. We can not close an account from a posting on a forum. You will need to contact the support team , from your registered email address and ask for the account to be closed. This is normal procedure for all Casinos.

I have sended you request of account closure multiple times for a month now via email. So yes, i have asked these both matter's many many time's in past month with no answer from your part. Only now when i have brought this matter in public your casino "take's actions". So do not act that you are confused. I will send email AGAIN and i hope this time you will close my account and unsbuscribe my email as i have asked. This matter will stay open until you have solved this issues.

I totally agree with you, this matter will stay open until such time that it is deal with.

As previously advised, we only have correspondence from you asking to be un-subscribed. This has been done.

Once your mail requesting for the account to be closed is received,this will be actioned for you.

As previously advised, all requests by players are stored and maintained for a period of time. If you had asked for the account to be closed, it would have been closed.

I have asked your casino to close my account several time's, and you haven't closed it. Trying to hide it doesn't work. So thank you for finally acting on this matter and i am already satisfied to know that this matter is on progress and published. All contact i need from your casino anymore is only confirming my account closure via email and then i can confirm this to be solved in here. Thanks and good bye.,

They have informed that my account is closed finally and my email is finally unsubscribed. As for now i see this matter solved ( i really hope that).

Hello , I am very glad that you have got satisfaction. As previously advised , if you had asked for the account to be closed previously , it would have been actioned immediately. Slots Angel is a licensed Casino and has to comply with rules and regulations.
