LeoVegas Casino - Software glitch, poor support

I was playing the slot treasure island , i spun up the bonus on a $2 spin , i then had to choose left middle or right .. i decided the middle one which i pressed 15 times , no matter wat i did i could not press the middle option , i reloaded twice , tried again and again , eventually getting annoyed i pressed the one on the right.. suprize suprize the middle one contained the free spins . As we know the free spins can pay quiet well on this game, also with the free spins bonus comes another option with cash bonus , more free spins , stacked wilds.
I know nothing perfect and sometimes things dont work , software has glitches but leo vegas have gave me every excuse under the sun , ive dealt with about 9 different support agents who all have a different excuse on how its not there fault. All i asked was to be compensated on this matter . Leo vegas customer service and urgency is a joke . I will copy the emails they sent to me avoiding the actually problem. If u read the emails they dont have a clue wat there talking about and this started on the 5th of nov .

I am discussing this matter privately but leo vegas has compensated me on this matter which is all i wanted .. so im happy its been resovlved ..
