Planet 7 Casino - Got only delays with my payments so far

I have three withdrawals totaling about 6,000. The initial withdrawal was submitted on April 4th. Approved April 21st due to verification delays. Now I have spoken to people at the Casino and chatted with them. They have excuse after excuse for not paying out. Delays are the norm and rest assured I will get my money. That's what I get. I have deposited a lot of money in this casino and withdrawal from other casinos and get that money in the listed timeframe. No that it is escalated I email them and get the same generic response. Will I get my money?

I'm so sorry for the delays and frustrations you've experienced with this. Now that I'm aware of the situation, things should move along smoothly from here. ;-)

I've looked into this and I do see that your first payment has already been sent off ($1783) and I would expect to see the tracking on this, early next week--generally payment is delivered the day after I receive tracking.

Your next payment will go off early next week and the third payment the following week.

I'll continue to monitor things to ensure all goes well and I'll be sure to update this thread as necessary.

I have received the first payment of 1783.00. Now I'll be waiting for the next two. Thank you for your help. I hope the other two show up as you say. I'll let you know as soon as I get them.

Glad to see that you did receive that first payment.

Just to update, I do see that your next payment has already gone off, so I would expect to see the tracking by mid-week, next week. Your third payment should be going off about the same time as that.

As long as the remaining payments come in I would say this is resolved. I guess I will find out this week
