Smart Live Casino Refused to pay withdrawal and closed account

Hello.

I am a very dissapointed customer of Live Casino. I have opened an account on their platform and made a deposit of 50 euros.In about 48 hours i have won around 3000 euros at live roulette.I have made an withdrawal of 1200 euros and the rest of 1800 lost it gambling more on roulette.After 3 days I got a mail saying that I have to provide documents to verify my account. I have provided them all the documents they requested and they replied me with the message

"Dear Marius,

Thank you for sending us your documents.

Your identification has been verified and we can now confirm that your SmartLive Casino account will remain active.

We look forward to seeing you on the site.

When I wanted to check the update to my withdrawal process I was always told to wait a bit more it should be dealt very shortly.After more than 2 weeks they closed my account saying due to "fraud activity". Nothing more.

I have printscreens of both the conversation with operator and a part of the transaction history including my withdraw,Please help me because I know it is a mistake they are doing and I really want to get justice.They scammed me!!

We believe that this has now been resolved, the player was paid in full in June.
