Slow withdrawal at Winner Casino

i have a complaint about winner casino, i have recently won a large sum of money at winner casino after depositing a large amount myself. i requested withdrawals on the 26/08/12 and was asked to provide notorized id even though i had already sent a photo copy of driving license. i sent that on the 01/09/12 but i still have no news on my withdrawal, it appears as waiting on transactions page. i have spoken to two customer service reps on the 3rd and 4th who were both very polite but could not give me any information as to when the withdrawal will be processed. i was told that it was a large amount so i should be patient, therefore i offered to have it paid in seperate installments, starting with the amount i have deposited but i still could get no answer, i just keep getting told that they will contact me via e mail once anything has changed. could someone please help me because this is causing me a lot of stress.

just an update, i have received an e mail today saying that £10,000 of my withdrawal has been processed, so it appears that winner casino are paying out, however i would like to keep complaint active because i am still waiting for the other £25,748 to be processed. i am aware that in the terms and conditions that you are only able to withdraw £10,000 every 30 days, but it also says that you can withdraw 3 times the amount you have deposited in the last 30 days before withdrawal request, therefore i should be able to withdraw the full amount because i have deposited £12,000 in that time period.

another update, i have been informed that the rest of the withdrawal has been processed, it does appear that winner casino are paying out, however i would like to keep complaint active until i have received payments

Normally there is a processing time for each withdrawal request. With regards to your case we had to run a few routine checks which were due to the amount you wanted to withdraw.
