Its now mark the 7 business day as my payout was promise 3-7 business day for my payout , i have request a payout on august 4 ,2015 and now it is august 13,2015 as of today thursday n still i see no transaction , i was told today i was suppose to recieve my winning through my debit card i use to play, and i spoke to live chat and was told the cashier team is not in until tomorow of august 14 ,2015 and i will receive a email soon but nothing yet , it has been approve and proccess , so whats the hold up, i have no problem before but my winning is bigger now so why now?

First of all I want to congratulate you on your win.

I do sincerely apologize for the delay with this withdrawal, as a regular player at our casino who has cashed out before you will know that our withdrawals are usually with players in a very timely manner. With regards to delaying your payment this is not true, the payment left our account on the 4th.

Unfortunately this time there has been a hold up somewhere along the line. We contacted our processors yesterday to question the delays and they assure us your transaction will be with you in the middle of next week at latest.

We will always do our best to stick within the guidelines we promote on our website however sometimes there are delays that are out of our control.

I was told by cashier that it has been a misunderstanding and i will suppose to recieve my payout by this week in the middle of the week the latest. The problem is that its still pass the payout funding that was promise to recieve in 3-7 business from the date requested

We can only only apologize for the delay and make sure we give you the information as and when we get it.

Sometimes delays do happen and it is unfortunate it has happened this time, however I can see that you have had a few withdrawals in the past which arrived in good time. If you have a good look around the internet you will find we pride ourselves on fast withdrawals.
