Rick, FYI, Finance contacted me and stated you have a few more days to process my cash out request. It seems that your company does not care how long it takes to process cash out requests. You take my money in one second, but takes over 10 days to approve a cash out and then no telling how long it will take for you to wire my winnings to me. Overall bad experience so far with your casino. Back in 2000 I won $4000 and it only took two days for a casino to approve my payout and they sent my check overnight. Your casino has failed epically in comparison to the casino back in 2000. You would think due to today's technology that your casino would be able to approve payouts faster than the casino back in 2000. If I worked at your casino, I personally would be embarrassed and outraged at the management at the casino. You do not treat your customers like this. This is in no way customer service. I would personally be telling upper management that they need to fix the extremely slow, non-customer friendly cash-out approval times.

we cant control wire transfers, its up to the bank, it usually takes up to 3 business days.
Can you please find out if the wire transfer has even been initiated by the Finance Department? If it has please have them send a copy of the information on the wire transfer.
