Above is what I was sent on the 10th of Feb, and since I've been trying to get intouch with em without luck, I've sent several emails and tried to catch em online in Live Chat which just seems to be there for show as they are never there :(

The email above seems to just be something that is sent out automatically.

I hope they can improve their support and finance department soon and get me my money.

I just want to warn others about this site taking alot of time to hand out your winnings again and lack the standard support.

Hope to be hearing back from them sooner than later.

Sorry to say, but there is no update, no response what so ever from this Casino :(

Its been over a month now without a reply to one single email, nor being avalible online on their 24/7 chat.

Not sure what to do, and how they work, cause money keeps pouring in, nothing seems to be getting back to customers tho.
