Slow Payment with Cirrus Casino

Ive requested a withdrawal amount of $12,000.00 on Jan 31 2012 and was approved on Feb 9 2012 but only for $ 2,500.00 and then another $2,500.00 on Feb 17 2012 and another on Feb 28 2012 which still leaves a remaining of two more payment of $ 2,140.00! I dont understand why im not recieving my payment all at once? Ive been told that after my payment gets approved i have to wait another 10 to 20 business days for my payment to be sent out which is totally unfair and wrong cause it will take months for me to recieve my full amount of payment! I believe it shouldnt take this long to recieve my winnings! Ive played at other casinos before and it usually takes 3 to 5 days to get my winnings via mail but not months!

If my payment was shipped on Friday why can't you guys give me a tracking number or any other information about where and when my payment will arrive. Anytime this week is not a exact answer. When I called and talked to a manager from Cirrus casino he told me it should take about 3-4 days, but the representative said it will take an additional 5-10 business days, which is it? So not only do I have to wait 7-10 business days for you to approve my payment, then an additional 10-20 days for you to supposedly send out my payment, but I can't get a tracking number of when I should actually recieve it and another 5-10 business days from who ever and when ever, (which you have no answer to give me)! How can we trust that your really are sending out my payments and can't give me any other information, but I should be recieveing it shortly!! No where in your policy does it state all of this besides it will take 7-10 business days to be approved, which according to myself and I'm sure anyone else that means that a payment should be sent out within that amount of time, not a month later!

Yes I did recieve the tracking number from Elaine already, but I'm still very disappointed with you guys! You guys told me that the check was mailed out on the 2nd, but the check didn't get mailed out until the 9th which is 7 days after which also sets me back 7 days with plans that I had to delay. On top of that I was also told that I should be recieveing the check this week, but now I won't be getting it until the 13th. Then the worst is the check can not be cashed but only deposited into a bank account because it is an international check! So can I trust that when I deposit this check that the funds will be cleared and I will still have my money? The biggest inconvience is I have to wait even longer for the money to clear! What does it mean that I can't sign the money to a third party? Also, what if I didn't have a bank account, and since when are you not allowed to cash a check, but only allowed to deposit it? There is no law against cashing checks, what makes this one any different? I'm very worried about this!
ASKGAMBLERS: Is there anything that you would suggest or can help with? Something doesn't sound right about this whole situation let alone the waiting time it takes to recieve the funds!

Please keep in mind that Casino sends the money through a Third Party Processor and they are the ones who provide all the info back to the Casino.

As you may also know, Gambling is not legal in the US so for your own security and to avoid linking checks to any gaming activity; these checks need to be deposited only.

I'm going through the same thing with the SILVEROAK casino, it has been over 30 days and they told me I would receive it last week. Even though I have asked several times for a tracking number, they haven't even provided that yet. I know your frustration and hope things work out for you!!!
