Slow payment of withdrawals
I have 2 pending withdrawals at Grand Reef Casino (5000$ and 4000$) I won a jackpot on Pink Panther. My first withdrawal request was made the 20th of september, almost one month ago.
When I chat or call, they always answer me the same thing: I will be paid very soon, they will communicate with their finance department and give me feedback about that, etc. They apologize.
I do not find this delay normal and I wonder if I'll be paid one day.

We are aware of the player in mention.
Winnings from progressive jackpots will be paid out once Grand Reef Casino has received the funds from the relevant progressive jackpot underwriter. At this time, funds will be released to the player as per the normal withdrawal process.

Grand reef does everything it can to delay withdrawals and I dont even know if they ever pay them. They constantly request more documentation to process withdrawals yet they are more that willing to accept deposits with only a credit card number. So far they have requestd copies of a passport, front and back copies of the credit card, proof of address, and once i sent that they then requested a "deposit confirmation form" which they dont tell me how or where to get.

There has been constant communication with the player with regards to her withdrawal. The casino manager has requested her banking details so the transaction can be completed. Unfortunately, the player’s bank refuses to accept internet bank transfers. A follow up email was sent to the player who did acknowledged that there is a problem with her bank receiving internet transfers and an alternative bank account was therefore required. We currently await the player’s reply. We are doing everything possible to get the funds to the player.

I still don't know why my Bank refused your internet bank transfer. But, as you suggested me, I sent by email yesterday ( November 22th) the details of an alternative bank account.
I really hope it will work this time.
I got my winnings today. It took time but finaly the problem is resolved and I am very happy.
