333 Palace Casino - Slow payment and no answer to my emails

i joined this casino a few months ago and made around 5 deposits and won 1000 i played with a deposit bonus and completed all the waggering i also sent in all docs for verification which were accepted after a few days but the proplem is they will not pay my winnings and it states on askgamblers 24hr for e wallet withdraws but on the casino web page its 3 working days but my withdraw is now over this time frame so i sent them an email to say they were breaking their own terms and cons but they still have not payed up and even worse wont answer my emails can askgamblers help me out here thx

yes i can confirm that i got the payment to my neteller account but i dont agree with the time frame the casino has stated as the withdraw was made on the 03/05/15 and the docs were sent on the same day and the withdraw was only payed today so i cannot see were the casino is getting the 48hrs time frame from its more like 120hrs but the main thing is i got payed thx askgamblers for the help can i now close this complaint
