Slow Payment from Cirrus Casino

Ive requested a withdrawal for the amount of $12000.00 and i was told that it takes 7 to 10 business day to get approve! My withdrawal has been approved but not for $12000.00, it was for $ 2500.00 which they told me it will take another 10 to 20 days to recieve a check which is not part of the withdrawal procedure! So far 3 check payments of $2500.00 has been approved but i still havent recieved anything in the mail! Im starting to wonder if im even gonna get my winnings? Ive deposit quite a bit of money into this casino and losted but finally ive won and met all requirements and now its taking forever to get my winnings! Can someone please help?

Ok so after its been process how long is it going to take to recieve my first payment?

Since payment is sent out through a Third Party Company sometimes they do not provide the tracking numbers; however you should be receiving it anytime this week

I have not yet recieved a payment yet. Why can't you guys provide a tracking number? Why can't you even give an exact date when it will be recieved? You guys telling me that I should receiveing it shortly is not a good enough answer! I keep getting all these different answers from all of your staff and there is not one person that can give me an honest answer. No where in your policy does it state that after the payment is approved in the 7-10 business days that I will have to wait another 10-20 days to wait for the payment to be sent to a third party sender and another 5-10 business from approval of that date to be received in the mail! You need to state this in your policy so that people know what they are getting themselves into and that they have to wait over a month to recieve any money that they have won! When you guys say that it will take 7-10 business days to be approved we would expect a payment within that time frame not a month later! This is an inconvenience that you make people wait this long to recieve their money but have no issues taking the money from them that is lost!

Yes I recieved the tracking number, but I still won't be recieveing the funds until the 13th when you told me it would be here this week, which didn't even get mailed out until the 9th which is also 7 days later than the day that you originally told me. Now I can't even cash my check but only deposit it! Whats wrong with you guys? It's a constant waiting game with different answers each time! Why is it so difficult to get the money I won and even after recieveing it I still have to wait for it to clear through the bank! What a MAJOR INCONVIENCE!

Please keep in mind that Casino sends the money through a Third Party Processor and they are the ones who provide all the info back to the Casino.

As you may also know, Gambling is not legal in the US so for your own security and to avoid linking checks to any gaming activity; these checks need to be deposited only.

I have received my check from Cirrus and made my deposit, but my next issue is the bank is having trouble verifying the information regarding the check and my bank has put a hold on my account. We tried calling the information on the check and they won't give us any information to assure them that the account is ok. I have contacted people in finance at Cirrus and they said they will look into the matter but I still can not get an answer. I am also still waiting on my other payments and want to know when I should be receiving the rest of my money! This process is taking tooooooo long! I will be sending information to have it bank wired to me, but I don't want this to slow down the process for my payments! I'm getting extremely frustrated and it should not take this long to get all your money and go through this much hassle and frustration before anything is solved! Can anyone please help me and give me answers!

I have not heard anything regarding my payment that was supposed to be processed! Has this been sent out yet? I was told after the first payment is received which is the longest one to wait for that I should be receiveing my next payment 2 weeks apart and so far this is not the case! Can you please tell me what is the hold up and why this next payment has not been sent out or processed yet?

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. From my experience, casinos that accept US players are full of excuses when it comes to paying them out. My personal advice: avoid, avoid, avoid. Play in jurisdictions like Malta, Gibraltar and UK that have decent gambling commissions and reasonable laws to protect gamblers from this kind of shameful behaviour.

Any casino which takes more than one week to get you your funds should either: 1) Up it's customer service and processes considerably; or 2) Close its doors.

it is really sad the way the Casinos do thier payouts. They try to get you to play back your winnings by paying you slowly. I am having the same problem with Casino Titan and I still have not received my check and it has been almost two weeks. Good luck on your winnings.
