Silver Oak Casino - So slow on payment

I requested a payout on Jan 1, 2015 and it was approved on JAN 13th. I was told it would take 7-10 business days for payment. It is now February 10 and still no payment. Many excuses when I email them, basically they are getting a ton of requests and I am to be patient as I will get paid. I keep asking them to give me a time frame and they will not answer me directly, only saying I will get paid.

OK - my check was sent out on 2/2/15 (this is a month after my initial payout request on 1/1/15). Today is 2/14/15 and still no word on tracking? Give me a break - we are now over 6 weeks - I asked them if this was normal as this is my first payout request and they would not give me a straight answer. Many excuses such as they work with a 3rd party processor and they have no control, also they received a "high number" of payout request last month. All I know is it takes seconds to make a depsosit and hand over my money, it shouldn't take months to pay it back. Also since I have not been playing they took away my VIP status and my casino host - talk about putting salt into a wound. The bottom line is these casinos treat you like kings when you are losing and like s**t when you are winning.

Just to let you know while Ive been waiting for Silver Oak to send check (has been over 6 weeks now_ I followed Casino Meister advice and opened an account at 3 Dice. When I applied for a withdraw this is the immediate response I received:

Dear Keith,

Thank you for sending in the required documentation.

Your 3dice account is now verified and your withdrawal request was approved.

Please note that all check withdrawals are approved within 24h (if not
weekend or banking holiday).

Once approved by our finance department, it will take 24 to 48h to process
(again if not weekend or banking holiday).

Once processed, checks take 3 to 5 business days to arrive their destination.

Kind regards,
Anna

It is refreshing to see this type of response and support from an online casino.

Hi wunbar,

I’m certainly sorry for how things have panned out on our end, but I can assure you that your payment has been issued (you should have already received the tracking on this in your email box). If you have any further inquiries, please contact Emma Rossi directly via email at: [email protected] Emma has been following this through, so she will be a great point of contact going forward.

All the best,

Tawni

Yes - check arrived FEB 20th via FED EX - it was supposed to come on the 18th but there was weather delays in our area. I had requested $2000.00 and received $1960.00 (minus $40 for check fee).
Interesting enough I had also requested a pauout for $2500.00 (their maximum limit) on FEB 04 and received approval on FEB 18th but for only $500.00. They placed the remainder of my request ($2000.00) back into my account. When I asked them about this they stated it was not in their control - they deal with a third party processor that determines the amount being paid out. Very confusing as I received my request for $2000.00 (minus $40 check fee) just yesterday. My belief is that they are hoping if they put the money back into your account you will ultimately gamble it all away. I didn't want to fall into their little trap but did not like the idea of receiving checks for $500 each month so I did start gambling with the $2000.00 they returned and actually ended up an additional $5500.00 playing black jack. I now have $7500.00 pending and by my estimation (if I am patient and don't touch it) will take approximately 15 months or well over a year to collect.
At least I know their system is not crooked as I play a very basic blackjack - of course their is no way to count cards as they reshuffle the deck after each hand. I just got incredibly lucky - I could have lost that $2000.00 just as easily.
Another interesting note - since I got on a nice winning streak my VIP status has been taken away, they took my VIP host away and I am no longer elgible for any type of bonus, comps, freebies. Goes to shwo you if you are losing they treat you like a king, when you start winning - not so much.

Hi wunbar,

I just want to take a moment to apologize to you publicly on this. We did have a bit of a screw-up on our end and I know Emma contacted you to square things away in the proper manner.

I wish you all the best and continued good luck,

Tawni
